Working on the regeneration of the London Brent Cross area. The works involved procurement, in accordance with the public procurement regulations to obtain a main contractor for a new build waste recycling centre.

Working on a new build waste recycling centre part of the regeneration of the London Brent Cross area. Demolition and ground works were required ready for the new build construction.

Providing commercial management on construction projects including Moorgate and Liverpool Street Underground Stations.

Managing the construction change control process for the Cross-rail Station, as it is integrated into the existing structure.

Working on part of the Public Private Partnership (PPP) Metronet, upgrading the London Underground network. Also involved in new build projects in London for student accommodation.
